A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a special type of limited company which exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders

There were many influences prompting the change in status of BCPC, the social care sector is moving forward, the landscape is changing which meant that BCPC needed to review its status as an organisation to remain a vibrant and progressive partnership within the Black Country.

BCPC is solution focused, innovative in approach and effective in sourcing information, expertise, funding and resources to engage with a diverse social market place to assist you to meet your responsibilities as a social care provider.

We have built trust and credibility with a diverse range of social care providers and are well placed to support with:

To facilitate the Black Country voice of employers we have scheduled regular network meetings to include:

• An employer’s network “Forum for Care”
• A Registered Managers Network

Our focus is workforce development and improvement

• To provide a central hub to house relevant information and gather and disseminate resources
• Engage other agencies, organisations and individuals to form working partnerships
